REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATES PLACED WITH 2021 MUYOS

Registration dates: 17.08.2021 10.00 (a.m.) - 19.08.2021 16.00 (p.m.-UTC+3)

Registration location: Marmara University Rectorate Registrar's Office Göztepe campus 34722 Kadıköy İstanbul Turkey

1) a) 2021 MUYOS Score Report (For those who have taken 2021 MUYOS Exam)
b) For candidates placed with 2021 MÜYÖS Equivalent Exam Result/Document;
*SAT, LSAT, AP and ACT exam results will be checked online. The documents must be sent within the dates announced by the institution issuing the exam with the Marmara University institution code.
**Candidates placed with the Abitur, IB certificate; the originals of the documents and the originals approved by the Notary or Foreign Representatives of Turkey and their Turkish translations
2) The original High School Diploma and its notarized translation by a Turkish Notary Public or its copy verified by Turkish Embassy/Consulate (the Turkish citizens or the candidates who have the blue card and have completed a high school in a foreign country are required to prove by document that they stayed in that country during their high school education)    
3) The Diploma Equivalency Certificate given by the Turkish Ministry of Education (except those who have completed a high school affiliated with Turkish Ministry of Education) 
4) The transcript (the grades of the courses, with indicating the names of courses, the training period, whether the training was completed in the same high school or not; approved by the administration of the candidates’s high school) and its approved Turkish translation by a Turkish Notary Public or its copy verified by Turkish Embassy/Consulate 
5)  Candidates,
a) Approved Turkish translation and copy of the passport certified by Notary or Turkish Foreign Missions (for the foreign applicants)
b) The photocopy of Turkish ID Card or the Blue Card (for Turkish citizens or those having the blue card)
6) The photocopy of the student visa (for the foreign applicants)
7) If available, a photocopy of the Residence Permit Card (those who do not have the residence permit card should submit the residence permit application documents)
8) Bank slip (receipt) of the contribution / tuition fee payment
9) 3 biometric photographs (with Passport standards)
10) If available, the Score Report of the Foreign Language Proficiency Exam (for those studying in the programs whose medium of instruction is completely or partially a foreign language / the applicants may reach the information on the international equivalent proficiency exams and their equivalent scores via https://ydil.marmara.edu.tr/akademik/uluslararasi-esdeger-yeterlilik-sinavlari/ )
11) If available, the Turkish Language Proficiency Exam Score report (The certificates granted by the MU School of Foreign Languages and TÖMER centres of the Turkish universities are accepted.)
12) The Report of Medical Board for the applicants accepted to health-related programs (chest x-rays and accompanying report for Chemistry program)
13) The declaration of military service status (which will be provided by the relevant person during the registration) (for male applicants with Turkish nationality)
14) The Certified Identity Register (for those having a dual nationality because of having a foreign citizenship by birth and then acquiring the Turkish citizenship)
15) Financial Assurance Declaration (which will be provided by the relevant staff during the registration)
